Sandvik 7C27Mo2 is a cutlery steel manufactured by Sanvik Materials Technology in Sweden. It is designed to be very corrosion resistant, but only has a hardness range of 53-57 HRC.

This knife steel is recommended for use in marine environments, and is not commonly used in collectible sporting knives. Kershaw uses this steel in some of their knives.
